I was born in the mid 50's and grew up in the South. I'm 53 years young now. I'm a wife, a mother, grandmother, a daughter. But most importantly I am a child of God. I've learned a lot so far and I'm satisfied with my life most of the time...though I'm honest enough to admit that I'm not perfect yet. I haven't given up though!

Thanks Lan. Do you mind my asking, how old are you? I read back on your blog a little bit more. You remind me of my daughter when she was about 16. You seem very intelligent, and do a lot of thinking about things. You're also a good writer. You don't necessarily look at things in a box the way the majority of us (boring) people do. I'll bet you even dream in color!
Just keep working on figuring out what will make you happy!

I'm 14 and 7 months and 9 days, actually, (yes, I've been counting down till my birthday and theres only 18 months to go 'till I'm 16!) I guess I do have a different look on things, because sometimes, there are things that just make no sense to me. So I have to strip it, analyse it, strip it again, and over-analyse it, then come to a ridiculous conclusion. I don't really think I'm a good writer, but I've been told. I mean, I'm failing english! But thats kinda because my english teacher isn't.....very...good. Yeah, basically, thats the nice way of saying it. so I spend my time flirting shamelessly with this guy that I like who sits in front of me.... Yes, I'm very productive. And I guess I'm also the type of person who takes a simple question and gives you my entire history!
