Help Please!!!

As an addition to my last post, I was wondering if anyone out there would be willing to share a favorite recipe (low calorie, low fat, low cholesterol)...just anything that will give me some different ideas of what to eat!

Thanks a bunch!

I have LOADS! My mom always has the "low calorie eating for working mothers on the go" or something like that. But heres one from "the healthy cook"
Pasta:
Pasta with Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
8 ounces fusilli
3 tbs dry sherry or non alcoholic white wine
1 tbs tub style margarine or butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 tbs all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon dry moustard
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 3/4 cups 1% low fat milk
1/2 cup grated reduced fat parmesan cheese
1/3 cup non fat sour cream
1 tbs chopped fresh parsley
In a large pot of boiling water, cook the fusilli according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large no-stick skillet over medium heat, warm the sherry or white wine, water margirine or butter. Add the onions and garlic. Cook and stir for 7-8 mins.or until the onions are tender. If the liquid begins to evaporate, add a bit more water.
Whisk in the flour, moustard and pepper. Gradually whisk in milk. Cook and stir for 4-5 mins, or until the sauce begins to thicken. Reduce the heat to medium-low to prevent the sauce from boiling. Add the parmesan and stir until melted. Stir in the sour cream and cook over low heat for 1-2 mins.
Drain the fusilli and transfer to a large bowl.
Toss with the sauce. Garnish with Parsley
Hope it turns out!
